Our crews in Cleveland noticed costs round simply $1 a gallon at Speedy fuel on W. 136th and Lorain Thursday morning.
At one level, the worth for normal was $1.06; a short while later it was $1.08.
About two weeks in the past,dropped to beneath $2 a gallon at many fuel stations in Northeast Ohio.
It was an indication of weakening monetary markets amid theoutbreak.
